How to Find Your Laptop’s Brand & Model
HP, Acer, Asus, & Toshiba:
For Acer, Asus, HP, & Toshiba laptops, the label with the model number and power requirements is usually placed on the backside of your laptop. You will see the HP logo, and the model’s name and number are often written on the right side of the logo. If you can’t see the label, then it can be behind the battery pack, as shown in the image below:
Lenovo, Samsung, & MSI:
For Lenovo, Samsung, & MSI laptops, the label with the model number and power requirements is usually placed on the backside of the laptop.
Dell & Others
For Dell & other laptops, the label with the model number and power requirements is usually placed on the backside of your laptop.
